To provide opportunities for students to undergo ancillary courses in emerging/ frontier areas of study, or with vocational bias through various institutes/ Centre started by Union Christian College Association.

To enable students to seek, extend and apply knowledge to the solution of contemporary problems by identifying and taking up projects with the cooperation and involvement of people in the community, Government Departments, etc.

To give students guidance and training in career orientation, exposure to work situations, etc.

To prepare students for life's work equipping them with a sense of dignity of labor, entrepreneurial way of orientation, etc.
