TAX BENEFITS FOR DONATIONS TO UCC
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has granted tax exemption status to
the Union Christian
College Alumni Association of North America (AANA), under section 501
(c) (3), effective April 2007.
Therefore, all contributions to AANA are now tax deductible to the
full extent
allowed by US law.
HOW DOES IT BENEFIT THE DONOR
Any one who is paying tax to IRS in the US can now benefit by
contributing to UCC through AANA, because contributions to AANA are now
tax deductable. We hope this will be a great inducement for making
contributions to UCC
For more information please contact AANA Treasurer Dr. Thomas P
Mathew at (216) 591 9632 or at

DONATIONS FROM YOUR IRA ACCOUNT
For this year only (2007), any one over 71 can contribute up to
$100,000 to charitable
organizations like AANA from their IRA account without paying tax on
such distributions.
To take advantage of this, funds from IRA must be transferred by the IRA
Trustees
directly to the charitable institutions like AANA.
Wall Street Journal reports that many IRA holders are making use of
this tax free distribution, as this tax code provision is set to expire
at the end of this year.
ABOUT UCC AANA
There are no fees or dues for becoming a member of UCC AANA. However,
any contribution to support the work of AANA will be much appreciated.
Such contributions may be fully tax deductible. (Please consult your tax
advisor as we cannot give you tax advice.)
